Farshid Alemdehy

Farshid Alemdehy is a Senior Scientist in Translational Research at Genmab, bringing extensive experience in immunology and molecular biology. With previous positions as a Scientist at Genmab and a Research Scientist at InteRNA Technologies BV, Farshid has a strong background in early B and T cell development, focusing on epigenetic control and non-coding functions of coding transcripts. Farshid has also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Netherlands Cancer Institute, where research involved lymphocyte development, and as a PhD student at Erasmus MC, investigating microRNAs in myelopoiesis and acute myeloid leukemia. A skilled supervisor, Farshid has mentored PhD and MSc students, while expertise includes designing assays, flow cytometry, gene expression manipulation, and data analysis using bioinformatics.
