Helene Larsen

Helene Larsen is an experienced professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as the Manager of Global Talent Management at Genmab since January 2023. Prior to this role, Helene took a career break to travel and complete an ICF accredited Coach training program from November 2021 to December 2022. From November 2017 to November 2021, Helene worked at Lundbeck as a Senior Consultant in Business Partnering & Leadership Development, where responsibilities included serving as a P&O Business Partner, developing leadership programs, and co-piloting the Employee Satisfaction Survey project. Earlier roles at Lundbeck included a Consultant and a Student Assistant, along with an internship in the SuccessFactors Project.
