Jean Hesch

Jean Hesch currently serves as the Senior National Business Director at Genmab, having been with the company since April 2021, and previously held the role of Senior Regional Business Director. Prior to joining Genmab, Jean Hesch spent over twenty years at Genentech in various senior roles, notably as Senior Director of CMG T&D, overseeing training and development for multiple teams, and as Director of Training and Development for MPMC. Early career experience includes positions at Aventis Pharmaceutical, where Jean held the roles of Division Manager and Sales Representative. Jean Hesch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University and is currently pursuing certification in Healthcare Leadership and Innovation at The Ohio State University, with expected completion in April 2024.
