Priya Mahale

Priya Mahale is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy and brand development within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Genmab since March 2025, Mahale was previously an Independent Consultant, advising on commercialization aspects for various companies and stealth biotech firms from May 2024 to March 2025. Prior to this, Mahale held significant leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Vice President of Brand Strategy for Abecma and Breyanzi, as well as the Executive Director overseeing the U.S. launch of ABECMA, the first CAR T therapy for Multiple Myeloma. Earlier career highlights include roles at Celgene, where Mahale led groundbreaking digital health innovation initiatives, and Amgen, contributing to marketing strategies for key oncology products. Mahale holds an MBA in Healthcare from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics and Business from Lafayette College, where membership in Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon was achieved.
