Rebecca Fine

Rebecca Fine is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and project management, currently serving as Associate Director of Portfolio & Project Management Operations Management at Genmab since February 2020. Previously, Rebecca held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Genmab, focusing on recruitment across various departments. Prior to Genmab, Rebecca worked at GENEWIZ as a Recruiter, and held multiple roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Talent Acquisition Consultant and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Earlier experience includes senior IT recruiting positions at Randstad Technologies and TEKsystems, as well as internships at Mercedes-Benz USA and American Express. Rebecca holds an MBA in Business Strategy and Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a BS in Marketing from The College of New Jersey.
