Earl Beleran

Earl Beleran has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 as a Call Center Agent for CEC Personnel Solutions, where they represented the Conservative Party during the 2018 Ontario general election and exceeded the daily quota of 800 calls per day. In 2019, Earl worked as a Warehouse Associate for Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting, assisting colleagues in lifting heavy boxes and taking on additional duties when needed. In 2021, they joined Bureau Veritas Group as a Sample Support Technician, where they manually processed soil and water samples, utilized the Laboratory Information Management System, and troubleshooted distribution issues. Earl then transitioned to California State University San Marcos in 2022 as a Game Management Assistant, and in 2023, they are currently working as a Lab Technician I at GenMark Diagnostics.

Earl Beleran completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Chemistry at Ontario Tech University from 2017 to 2021. Earl then pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology at California State University San Marcos from 2022 to 2024. In addition to their formal education, Earl obtained several certifications including "Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)" from the Ontario Government in 2019 and "Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps" from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development in 2019. Earl also completed the "WHMIS 2015" certification from OnlineWHMIS.ca™ | Canada's Trusted and Recognized WHMIS Training in 2017.
