Marcus Frandsen

Marcus Frandsen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marcus is currently working as a Senior Technical Project Manager at GenMark Diagnostics since April 2021. Prior to this, Marcus operated their own consulting company called Marcus Frandsen Consulting as the President, where they achieved remarkable growth for a Direct Primary Care business and implemented data-driven sales restructuring.

Before starting their own consulting company, Marcus worked at various organizations in project management roles. As a contractor at AMN Healthcare, they led reporting development and data conversion for a platform consolidation program, while at PayPal, they managed a real-time tax calculation optimization and electronic invoicing project.

Marcus also gained significant experience during their tenure at IBM, where they served as a Managing Consultant. There, they led a project team in assessing the current state maturity of enterprise information management and recommending an improvement program. Additionally, Marcus collaborated with client program management to create joint management processes.

Prior to joining American Express, Marcus worked as a Senior Consultant at GSSC, where they assisted in acquisition integration, re-engineered sales tracking systems, and led accounting system migrations for different clients.

Marcus Frandsen has a diverse education history. Marcus first attended Arizona State University from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they completed their undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, earning a BS degree in Management - Finance. Frandsen also attended Utah State University from 1991 to 1992, although the degree obtained during that time is unknown. In addition to their formal education, Frandsen has obtained various certifications.
