Zahra Erami

Zahra Erami has a wealth of experience in scientific research. Zahra began their career in 2010 as a Graduate Research Fellow at the Cancer Research UK Beatson Institute, where they applied GFP-E-cadherin FRAP biosensor to study real-time dynamics of E-cadherin in native tumor micro-environments as well as CDM and organotypic co-culture systems. In 2015, they became a Postdoctoral Fellow at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and in 2020 they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Currently, they are a Scientific Researcher in Discovery Oncology at Genentech, and a Senior Scientist at Gennao Bio.

Zahra Erami received their Doctor of Philosophy in Cancer Biology from the University of Glasgow in 2015. Zahra had previously earned their Master's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Tehran in 2010. Zahra also holds a certification in Python for Genomic Data Science from Coursera.
