Felipe Andrés Haase Vargas has a diverse work experience in various technical and leadership roles.

Felipe Andrés currently holds the position of Tech Lead at Genomawork since August 2021, where they are responsible for leading the technical aspects of the company. Felipe Andrés previously worked as a Software Engineer at the same company, starting in October 2019. Felipe Andrés then pursued an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same university from 2018 to 2019. Furthermore, Felipe obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Research from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile between 2018 and 2021. Prior to their university education, Felipe attended Colegio San Luis de Alba from 2000 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Felipe obtained the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in January 2012.
