Jack R.

Jack R. began their career in 2015 as a Laboratory Assistant at STERIS Isomedix Services (Now STERIS AST). Jack then progressed to Senior Laboratory Technician, Quality Microbiology Engineer, and Laboratory Supervisor. In this role they were responsible for leading a team of microbiology technicians and ensuring medical device testing was carried out to cGMP, ISO 17025 and 13485 compliance. Jack also provided quality and technical support to the laboratory through NC, CAPA, OOS investigation, change control and customer method establishment. Prior to this, Jack R. had worked as a Laboratory Technician, where they received their apprenticeship and studied for BTEC applied science alongside work. Jack's duties included bioburden testing and plate counting. In 2022, Jack R. began work as a Biology Research Assistant at GenomeKey.

Jack R. has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from The Open University, a BTEC in Applied Science Level 3 from CSR Scientific Training, and A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology from New College Swindon.
