Zack McCasland

Zack McCasland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zack currently works as a Mastermind Sales Specialist at Genomenon, Inc, a position they have held since August 2021. Previously, they served as a Shop Foreman at Genesis Dimensions from October 2020 to July 2021.

Prior to that, Zack worked at Baylor Genetics where they held various roles. Zack started as an Inside Sales Representative in September 2018, managing a large customer base across different territories. Later, they took on the role of Business Development, where they demonstrated their ability to negotiate and close complex deals, prospect for business relationships nationally and internationally, and create multi-million dollar partnerships. Zack coordinated with multiple contractors and subcontractors and reported directly to project managers.

Before that, Zack served as a Welder and Machine Shop Manager at Mike McGee Wood and Metal from January 2014 to December 2016. Zack was responsible for managing the shop, operating machines, and implementing workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

Zack's earliest work experience was as a Store Manager at RT Feedstore for a brief period from August 2013 to December 2013.
