Dr. Morten Middelfart

Dr. Morten Middelfart's work experience includes founding and serving as Chief Data Scientist at Lumina Analytics, where they focused on using artificial intelligence to enhance safety and security. Dr. Morten was also an Advisory Chief Information Officer at Genomic Expression Inc, where they analyzed RNA sequence data to identify cancer treatments. Dr. Middelfart founded Social Quant, Inc., where they designed a real-time Big Data architecture for maximizing website traffic and follower reach on Twitter. Additionally, they worked as a skydiving instructor, CEO of Morton Systems Unlimited, CTO at TARGIT, and held various roles in the Danish Army and at A.P. Moller - Maersk.

Dr. Morten Middelfart has an extensive education history. Dr. Morten earned their Ph.D. in Computer Science from Aalborg University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained another Ph.D. from Rushmore University, specializing in Computer Aided Leadership & Management, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004.

Dr. Morten obtained further education in the field of shipping through an Assistant program from Maersk International Shipping Education, attending from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they completed their studies at the Danish Army School of Combat from 1990 to 1992, earning the rank of First Lieutenant in Motorized Infantry.
