Chris Odhams

Chris Odhams is a Lead Bioinformatician at Genomics England, with experience dating back to 2018, where responsibilities encompass providing bioinformatics research support to external researchers and facilitating access to datasets. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at King's College London, focusing on large-scale genetic and epigenetic data analysis using various programming languages. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at AND Technology Research Ltd., where Chris managed the software application life-cycle and contributed to iOS application development. Chris holds a PhD in Genetics from King's College London and a B.Sc. in Molecular Genetics from the University of Sussex.
