Jade Richardson is a seasoned professional in service and user design with significant experience in various sectors, including healthcare and justice. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Genomics England since September 2021, Jade previously worked as a Service Designer for the Ministry of Justice UK, focusing on user-centered policy design. Prior experience includes the role of Innovation Consultant at Macmillan Cancer Support, where responsibilities involved conducting and communicating design research, facilitating innovation workshops, and managing a Service Innovation Intern.
