Yoonsu Cho

Yoonsu Cho currently serves as a Genomics Data Scientist at Genomics England since November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Associate at the University of Bristol from February 2017 to November 2022, and a Visiting Research Scientist at the Big Data Institute between October 2018 and October 2022. Yoonsu Cho was also a Visiting PhD Student at the University of Bristol and Tufts University in 2016 and 2015, respectively. Earlier professional experience includes a Research Assistant position at the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of the Republic of Korea in early 2009, where Yoonsu received training in various laboratory techniques. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Health from Korea University, earned between March 2013 and February 2017.
