Sneha Bakshi

Sneha Bakshi is the current Chief People Officer at Genomics. Prior to joining Genomics, Sneha served as the People Director at Zopa from September 2017 to August 2020. In this role, Sneha was responsible for all aspects of people and culture and their mission was to ensure that the people experience at Zopa was brilliant. Sneha was also part of the team responsible for launching Zopa's bank.

Sneha has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has previously worked as the Reward Global Lead for Deutsche Bank's Global Markets, Corporate, and Investment Bank divisions. Sneha also served as an HR Business Partner at BT from July 2005 to December 2005.

Sneha Bakshi has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organisation Studies from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in Sociology from Delhi University.

They are on a team with Daniel Vogel - Chief Financial Officer, Ella Adlen - Chief of Staff, and Gil McVean - Founder & Chief Scientific Officer. Sneha Bakshi reports to Peter Donnelly, Founder & CEO.
