Anamika Sahay

Anamika Sahay is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Genpact since May 2012, Anamika has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Learning and Development, as well as Vice President of Training for Global Accounts. Prior to Genpact, Anamika was the Director of Training at American Express, where responsibilities included managing knowledge transfer for new business initiatives within a large customer service portfolio. Anamika also served as Vice President of Corporate Training at Genpact, focusing on professional and leadership skills training and educational partnerships. Anamika began their career as a Collections Manager at GECIS from 2001 to 2004. Anamika holds a Bachelor's degree from Lady Sri Ram, earned from 1993 to 1996.
