Piyush Mehta

Piyush Mehta is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Genpact. Prior to joining Genpact, Piyush Mehta served as the Director, Organizational Capability, Asia Pacific at PepsiCo from January 1999 to December 2001. In this role, Piyush Mehta partnered with the business to diagnose, design, and deploy strategic learning solutions. Before joining PepsiCo, Piyush Mehta served as the HR Director, India at AT&T from January 1997 to December 1999. In this role, Piyush Mehta was an HR business partner for India leading end-to-end processes across all aspects of human capital management. Piyush Mehta was also a core part of the mergers-and-acquisitions team managing the integration of IBM’s operations in Japan into AT&T. Piyush Mehta spent a considerable amount of time in Japan to ensure a successful integration.

Piyush Mehta started their career in HR at Unilever (Hindustan Lever) in January 1992 and held multiple roles there until December 1997.

Piyush Mehta has a Master of Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/HR. Piyush also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics with honors from Hansraj College.
