Ranjan Phadke

Ranjan Phadke currently serves as Vice President and Human Resource Leader of Data & Analytics at Genpact, having joined in January 2023. Prior to this role, Ranjan Phadke held various leadership positions at EXL from July 2014 to January 2023, including Vice President & Global HR Head - Healthcare, where Ranjan led global HR strategies, and Vice President HR for the Digital Intelligence Organization, focusing on digital talent strategy and organizational design.
