Ritu Bhatia is a highly experienced professional currently working at Genpact as the Global Hiring leader Senior Vice President. With a strong background in HR, Ritu has held various leadership roles within the company and has successfully managed critical transformation projects. Prior to Genpact, Ritu worked as an HR Consultant and Employee Relationship Manager at GECIS, where Ritu focused on employee motivation, retention, and development.
