Vaishali Batra

Vaishali Batra has over two decades of experience in the business process management sector, primarily with Genpact since March 2010. As a Talent Match Leader, Vaishali leads workforce supply chain management. Previous roles include Training Quality and New Hire Experience Leader, where key strategies for the Learning Function were designed for contact center operations related to a major digital credit card portfolio. Vaishali has also served as AVP for Learning and Development and AVP of Operations, managing service delivery for collections, including performance management and client relations. Earlier experience at Genpact LLC included roles such as Portfolio Control Manager for collections operations and Trainer for post-charge off accounts. Vaishali holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
