Mansi Sheth has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Article Assistant at KIRTANE & PANDIT LLP - CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS, where they gained exposure in internal audits of manufacturing, trading, and construction companies. Mansi then worked as an Executive at S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, performing statutory audits, limited reviews, and internal control testing.

In 2019, Mansi joined Blend Financial Services Ltd as an Assistant Manager, focusing on project finance and fundraising structures. Mansi later joined Cumulative Ventures LLP as a Senior Consultant, acting as a virtual Chief Financial Officer for companies to help them achieve their financial and operational goals.

In 2022, Mansi took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Genrobotics. Currently, they are running their own venture called "MindShift with Mansi" as a Life Coach, helping individuals rediscover themselves and become emotionally powerful.
