Rouba Najjar

Rouba Najjar is a marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and academic sectors. Currently serving as Head of Marketing and Business Development at GenScript, Rouba has previously held roles including Associate Director of Marketing and Senior Marketing Development Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Product Manager at Hamilton Robotics and Automation Team Leader at Baylor College of Medicine-Whole Genome Laboratory. Rouba also has a background in academia as a Biochemistry Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston and as a Manager Assistant at Andalucia Nuts. Rouba holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Senior Honors Thesis in Biology & Biochemistry from the University of Houston.
