Sorin Visan

Sorin Visan has extensive work experience in the field of clinical research and project management. Sorin began their career in 2008 at Quintiles Romania as an MD and Clinical Research Associate. In 2010, they joined ASCENT Clinical Research Solutions as a Site Manager and Project Manager. In 2011, Sorin moved to ARENSIA Exploratory Medicine GmbH, where they served as a Lead Project Manager until 2013. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Manager of International Project Operations and later became the Director of International Project Operations, overseeing project operations across multiple countries. Sorin's responsibilities included ensuring projects were conducted within timelines and quality standards. Sorin held the position of Program Director for COVID-19 trials from 2020 to 2021 and then transitioned to the role of Corporate Quality Assurance Lead. Currently, Sorin serves as the Corporate Director of Trial Operations at ARENSIA Exploratory Medicine GmbH.

Sorin Visan began their education in 1997 at "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, where they pursued a degree in General Medicine. Sorin completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) program in 2003.
