Komal Shree Dhani

Komal Shree Dhani is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Gensler since June 2022, Komal is responsible for screening profiles and managing onboarding processes across PAN India, while also assisting in the creation and execution of assessment centers for key roles. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Associate at AbbVie and HR at Allergan, where responsibilities involved comprehensive HR functions. Additionally, Komal has worked in HR Talent Acquisition at Kotak Mahindra Bank, overseeing the entire recruitment process.
