Luis Ernesto Acosta Gutierrez

Luis Ernesto Acosta Gutierrez is a highly experienced professional in urban planning and project management with a proven track record across various sectors. Currently serving as Director de Urbanismo at Apiros S.A.S since March 2022, Luis focuses on technical planning, design, and management of urban development projects. Previous roles include Chief of Technical Project Management at Banco Agrario de Colombia, and Subdirector of Promotion and Technical Support at the Ministry of Housing, City, and Territory, where responsibilities included overseeing national housing policies and programs. Luis has held leadership positions in organizations such as Findeter S.A., ERU, and the National Mining Agency, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, project evaluation, and urban development. Academic qualifications include multiple master’s degrees in BIM Management, Business Administration, and Project Management, as well as bachelor's degrees in Economics and Civil Engineering from the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería.
