In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving Gentari’s global expansion and success within the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for identifying, planning and executing strategic projects that align with Gentari’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive project development strategy to drive the company's growth goals in the renewable industry;
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, market trends and potential business partnerships;
  • Project Identification: Identify and evaluate potential renewable energy projects to expand Gentari’s portfolio;
  • Business partnerships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential partners, including other renewable energy companies, suppliers and investors;
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial modelling and analysis to assess project feasibility, return on investment and risk mitigation strategies;
  • Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of growth projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline;
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, investors and industry partners to drive project success;
  • Permitting and Compliance: Oversee the permitting process to ensure all projects meet regulatory and environmental standards;
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with growth activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field;
  • Minimum 8 years of proven track record in project development within the renewable energy industry;
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modelling;
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market trends;
  • Regulatory and compliance expertise.
