Art Faulkner possesses extensive experience in engineering and process improvement within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Sr Lean Engineer at Gentex Corp. since April 2023. Previous roles include Lean Manufacturing Engineer at OMEGA Engineering, Value Engineering Team Specialist at L Brands, and various engineering positions at Marion Industries, Whirlpool, American Showa, Total Image, and Honeywell. Art has demonstrated expertise in leading innovation and continuous improvement projects, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing processes. A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology, Art is adept in methodologies such as Six Sigma and has a strong background in managing manufacturing operations and implementing process excellence initiatives.
