Kfir Shem Tov

Kfir Shem Tov is currently the Algorithm Team Lead and Algorithm Developer at Gentex Corporation since September 2023. Previously, Kfir held the position of Algorithm Developer at MultiVu - Advanced Photography Technologies from January 2020 to August 2023, focusing on light field technology, deep learning algorithms, and various tasks related to 3D face authentication and segmentation. From October 2017 to September 2019, Kfir served as the Students' Projects Supervisor at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, overseeing 3D reconstruction projects for undergraduate students. Prior experience includes working as an Algorithm Engineer at Autotalks, where Kfir researched and implemented Kalman Filter algorithms, and as a Research Assistant at the Weizmann Institute of Science, optimizing a dual layer for a glasses-free 3D display. Kfir holds an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Technion and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Bar-Ilan University.
