Brian Ballman

Brian Ballman is a seasoned professional in supply chain and manufacturing management with extensive experience in the medical and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain & Manufacturing Technology Transfer for Gentherm's Medical Division since August 2022, Brian has previously held leadership roles at Gentherm Medical, overseeing plant operations and supply chain management. Brian's tenure at Cincinnati Sub-Zero included roles as Operations Manager in the Medical Division and Standard Products Manager in the Industrial Division, where responsibilities encompassed managing manufacturing and service operations. Brian began their career as a Product Engineer at Connector Manufacturing, progressing through various engineering roles. Brian holds an MBA in business, finance, and economics from Xavier University and a BSMET in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
