Oleksandr Blishch

Oleksandr Blishch has extensive experience in production and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Gentherm since March 2015, where responsibilities include managing industrial and economic activities, enforcing production targets, and improving production organization and quality. Prior to this role, Oleksandr held positions as Production Engineer at Yazaki Ukraine Limited, focusing on project management and production process analysis, and as Production Leader at Private Enterprise SIO, managing project transfers. The career began at Jabil Circuit Limited Ukraine as a Technician, providing technical support for production lines. Oleksandr holds a Specialist degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Uzghorod National University.
