Rachel Pikulski

Rachel Pikulski has developed a strong foundation in human resources through their roles at Gentherm, where Rachel has advanced from Human Resources Co-op to Human Resources Coordinator and now Human Resources Generalist since May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner Intern and Sales Intern at Bosch from July 2019 to May 2020. Rachel Pikulski earned a degree from Michigan State University between 2018 and 2021 and completed training at the Douglas J Aveda Institute in 2012.
