Jessica Copertino

Jessica is the Associate Director of Operations supporting the Cambridge site. Most recently, she worked as a Lab Manager at Celsius Therapeutics where she helped move the company from its incubator space to its permanent home, set up an in-house vivarium, streamlined processes in the lab to improve workflow and increase productivity, and was the founding member of the Fun Committee. Prior to Celsius, Jessica was a Vivarium Manager at H3 Biomedicine where she started up a new animal facility, attained AAALAC accreditation, helped design a lab addition, and ran a few animal studies when the in vivo scientists needed an extra set of hands. Jess has a background in Animal Science and Technology and has a great passion for animal welfare, organization, and lean management.
