Rebecca Brunette

Rebecca Brunette is Associate Director, Product Sciences & Characterization. Rebecca is an Immunologist by training and received her B.S. in Microbiology and then her Ph.D. in Immunology both from the University of Washington. Prior to joining GentiBio, Rebecca worked on CAR-T and TCR cell therapy development at Juno/Celgene/Bristol Myers Squibb. She held several positions with increasing responsibilities in the Analytical Development group first as a Scientist and then as leader of the flow cytometry method development team supporting both product release and characterization. At Juno/Celgene/ Bristol Myers Squibb she also served as an Analytical Development Strategy Lead for a pivotal phase autologous CAR-T program and an early phase allogeneic CAR-T program. Prior to her experience in cell therapy development, Rebecca was a Scientist on the Discovery Biology team at Silverback Therapeutics screening, validating, and performing mechanism studies for immuno-stimulatory antibody-small molecule conjugates targeting tumors.
