The Opportunity 

The role of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to partner with the PX Team in helping with all things recruitment. This dynamic role involves a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will be instrumental in engaging with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of our recruitment processes. Your efforts will help keep our hiring process running smoothly and bring great new talent on board. 

You will be responsible for supporting the talent team’s regional operations. The role is an end-to-end role, we are a hands-on team, and a team player attitude, excellent administration and coordination skills as well as high energy and positivity, will see you succeed

The Specifics 

  • Candidate screening for all entry level roles.
  • Managing the HRIS and relevant tracking tools to keep everything up to date
  • Calling and responding to candidates queries and ensuring everyone hears’ back after having engaged with us on a role.
  • Work closely with the Talent Business Partner, to manage the recruitment, interview and offer process to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment stage to employee induction and end of probation periods i.e., sending out offer letters and liaising with new joiners.
  • Assist with reference checking.
  • Publishing and manage job postings
  • Assist in interview scheduling and tracking and ad-hoc liaison with candidates where needed
  • Responsible for security vetting and Right To Work checks during the onboarding process. (Others as a part of virtual onboarding).
  • Manage and update the HRIS systems – maintaining our “golden source of data” and building talent pipelines.

What we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you):

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar Recruitment/HR role ie; Talent Coordinator, Candidate Manager, HR Assistant or similar
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proven experience in screening candidate resumes and phone screenings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with recruiting technology roles; engineering roles, technical skills, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong technology expertise and proven success in achieving the best outcomes optimising a HR or candidate management system.
  • A genuine drive and passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes and providing top-notch service to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Open-minded and consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional and respectful communication, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to provide and receive positive and constructive feedback.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
  • A tertiary qualification
