Andrey Bronfin

VP Global R&D at Gentrack

Andrey Bronfin is the current VP Global R&D at Gentrack. Prior to this, they were with Forbes Technology Council and Harvard Business Review. Andrey has also worked with Nexign from January 2018 to December 2020, where they served as the CTO.

Under Andrey's leadership, Nexign (formerly known as Peter Service) was inducted into Gartner magic quadrant. Andrey was responsible for spearheading engagements with key customers and partners, and for re-architecting, re-tooling, re-skilling and organizationally transforming the 27 year old Telecom vendor into a digital services provider. This included migrating legacy applications to cloud-native microservices-based architectures embracing public cloud (AWS) and private farms, as well as creating a data platform and integrating data from various sources.

Andrey's efforts in shortening "contract to value" time and increasing operational effectiveness led to record positive customer satisfaction and above-the-market profitability of new products and programs. Andrey is also credited with attracting, developing, empowering and retaining top-notch technical and leadership talent.

Andrey Bronfin has a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Operations Research from Tel Aviv University. Andrey also has a certification from the University of Groningen in Decision Making in a Complex and Uncertain World and certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

Andrey Bronfin reports to Gary Miles, CEO. Andrey Bronfin works with Frances Caldwell - Chief People Officer, John Priggen - Chief Financial Officer, and Donna Rowlands - Interim CMO.
