Frances Caldwell is the Chief People Officer at Gentrack. Frances has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various leadership positions in companies such as Intertek, Barclaycard, and KPMG. Frances is a passionate advocate for employee engagement and has been instrumental in driving growth in Intertek Global Resources. Frances is also a certified Senior Change Manager.

Frances Caldwell has a degree in Frances'story from the University of Southampton. Frances is also an Executive Coach from the Australian Institute of Coaching. In addition, they are a Myers Briggs Stage 1 and 2 practitioner from CPP. Lastly, they have a Masters in Chartered Institute of Personnel Development from Malpas Distance Learning.
