Jason Ong currently serves as Vice President and Head of Sales for Southeast Asia at Gentrack Ltd, focusing on innovation within the utilities sector and promoting cleantech solutions. As Co-Founder of JobsOnDemand, Jason has played a pivotal role in developing an online platform aimed at mitigating labor shortages in Singapore’s F&B, retail, and hospitality industries by leveraging gig economy principles. Previously, Jason held significant roles such as Country Manager at Janakuasa Pte. Ltd., and Key Account Director at Qualtrics, where expertise in experience management was utilized. Jason's extensive career includes positions at SAP, Oracle Corporation, BEA Systems, and IBM, with a solid educational foundation in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
