Katie Rushin has extensive experience in the utility industry, having worked in various roles at different companies. Currently, Katie is the Service Delivery Manager at Gentrack Ltd, where Katie manages the Billing & Ops Managed Service team. Prior to this, Katie held the title of Head Of Service Delivery at the same company. Katie has also worked as a Management Information & Process Improvement Analyst at Good Energy and has experience in project management, data analysis, and UAT coordination.
