Melanie Murn, PMP, ECE, is a seasoned professional in project delivery and IT transformation with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently a Senior Delivery Leader at Gentrack Ltd, Melanie previously served as the Head of Service Delivery for PH IT Transformation at Ericsson, where responsibilities included driving business outcomes and fostering high-performance teams. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Delivery Lead at Netcracker and Schneider Electric, Regional Director at DANATEQ, and Technical Consultant - Team Manager at Clarity. Melanie's career began at Smart Communications, Inc., focusing on VAS and Financial projects.
