Skyler Samp, Esq. has over 13 years of legal experience. In 2007, they began their career as a Legal Intern at The Bass Law Firm PLLC. In 2010, they became a Judicial Extern at the Ramsey County Courthouse, where they were involved in every stage of family law cases. In 2012, they became an Associate Attorney at Gutierrez & Associates, where they handled all stages of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, as well as divorce and criminal litigation. In 2013, they became an Attorney at Special Appearance. In 2014, they became an Associate Attorney at Edmunds Law Firm. In 2015, they became a Managing Attorney at Cleary & Green LLP. In 2018, they became a Founding Partner and Senior Attorney at Samp & Associates, a full-service law firm. In 2021, they became General Counsel at both Shift and Gentreo. In 2022, they became a Senior Associate Attorney at Wynne & Wynne, Austin.

Skyler Samp, Esq. received a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2008 to 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from Winona State University from 2003 to 2008.
