Melanie Glöckler

Melanie Glöckler is a Senior Service Designer at GenTwo since July 2024, with previous experience as a Service Designer at Capgemini from December 2021 to July 2024 and at Nile | The Strategic Design Co. from April 2021 to November 2021. Earlier, Melanie facilitated Executive Education Masterclasses in Service Design, Design Thinking, and Collaborative Learning at the Royal College of Art from September 2020 to July 2021, and worked as a Research Assistant at Meta on a global governance program. Other roles include Artistic Associate in the Department of Design at Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule Halle, Visiting Lecturer at Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal, and an internship in Colour & Trim at BMW Group. Melanie holds a Master of Arts in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and has completed an MBA elective at London Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Burg Giebichenstein.
