Charles Goodman

Charles Goodman has extensive experience in strategy and transactions, specializing in corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions for financial services clients. Charles has worked at Genuine Cable Group as the Vice President of M&A Integrations since January 2023, where they previously served as the Director of M&A Integrations from June 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at EY-Parthenon from October 2019 to June 2021 as the Director of Strategy & Transactions, and as a Consultant and Senior Associate from October 2018 to September 2019, and November 2016 to September 2018, respectively. Charles also worked at EY as a Senior Consultant in Financial Services Advisory from September 2014 to November 2016. Charles began their career at Discover Financial Services as an intern in Customer Service & Engagement Strategy from May 2013 to August 2013.

Charles Goodman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Business Marketing as a double major from the Miami University Farmer School of Business, graduating in 2014.
