Ian Tillotson

Ian has over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry across multiple lines of business, and has worked in locations all across the country. He grew up learning the industry from his father, and credits a large part of his knowledge to him. Throughout his career, he has filled the roles of director, general manager, operations support manager and district manager. Every stop along the way has allowed him the opportunity to cultivate relationships, learn from challenges and build teams in numerous locations. Originally from Connecticut, Ian transplanted to New Mexico to be closer to family and his Native American culture.
