Jack Aspinall

Jack Aspinall serves as the Corporate Chef for K-12 at Genuine Foods since August 2023, focusing on enhancing operational excellence in the child nutrition market. Previously, Jack held the position of Director of Dining Services at Compass Group North America from October 2011 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing a substantial food service budget, supervising staff across multiple locations, and adhering to compliance standards. Notable achievements during this tenure included receiving awards such as Chartwells K-12 Culinary Innovator of the Year and successfully extending foodservice contracts. Earlier roles included Executive Chef/Program Manager at ARAMARK, overseeing K-12 programs across numerous school districts, and Executive Chef at Morrison Healthcare Food Services, managing kitchen operations at a medical center. Jack holds a degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University.
