Brad Berglind has an extensive work experience history. Brad started their career as Vice President of Data Services and Systems at Dun & Bradstreet in 1989, where they revolutionized data mining processes and created a successful B2B CRM product line. Brad then worked at The Nielsen Company as Vice President of Technology, leading the transformation of data collection and computing across Europe. In 1995, they became a Partner at Scott Madden & Associates before founding and serving as Chief Technology Officer of Worldcrest, a strategic sourcing company.

In 2001, Brad joined IBM as an Executive in Operations Strategy, where they led the operations strategy consulting practice and directed the implementation of a large Customer Information System.
