Greg Elwood

Greg Elwood has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Greg currently works as a Human Resources Director at Genuine Parts Company. Prior to this, they worked at Hertz for 19 years, starting as a Station Manager and progressing to various HR roles. As a Senior HR Business Partner, they managed HR operations for a ten-state region, overseeing a team of ten HR business partners and supporting three regional vice presidents. Greg also handled labor relations, including union avoidance training. Overall, Greg has extensive experience in HR operations and employee relations.

Greg Elwood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Wyoming between 1995 and 1999. Greg also obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2002 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015.
