Neil Estes

Director - Business Process Improvement at Genuine Parts Company

Neil Estes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Neil started their career at First Data Corporation in 1996 as a Collections Manager Trainee, where they gained valuable skills in collections management. In 1998, they joined Genuine Parts Company as a Collections Specialist and later became a Collections Supervisor. Neil then served as a Posting Supervisor, overseeing cash management and leading a team responsible for payment application and bank account reconciliation. In 2004, Neil took on the role of Major Account/Central Payments Manager before becoming a Cash Manager in 2005, where they managed cash application and fund transfers. From 2010 to 2015, Neil served as a Functional Team Manager-AR, leading a company-wide initiative to migrate subsidiaries to a new ERP system. Neil then worked as a Senior Manager-AR, followed by Assistant Director-AP/AR Shared Services. Neil's most recent role at Genuine Parts Company is Director-Business Process Improvement, where they are currently serving.

Neil Estes received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
