Regina Spears

Regina Spears is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process improvement and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement at Genuine Parts Company since March 2017, Regina leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and mentors a team of business analysts. Prior to this, Regina held roles at RPC where responsibilities included being an ERP Service Line Manager and Business Analyst, focusing on project management and technical strategy. Regina's earlier experience includes business analysis at Beazer Homes, financial management at Skanska, and accounting positions at APAC and SUPERVALU. Regina holds an MBA in Business from Shorter University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of West Georgia.
