Thomas Skov

Thomas Skov has extensive work experience in the automotive parts industry, primarily with Genuine Parts Company. Starting in 1996, they worked as a District Sales Manager for Dana Holding Corporation, where they established the presence of the Dana product line in NAPA stores in Southern California and Mexico. In 2002, they joined Genuine Parts Company as an Outside Sales Representative, where they successfully grew product sales and presented new solutions to independent businesses in Southern California. Thomas then took on roles such as District Sales Manager/Integrated Business Solutions Specialist and Sales Manager at NAPA Distribution Center in San Diego, where they achieved significant sales growth and established turnkey on-site NAPA stores for government and private contracts. In 2010, they became Vice President of the Western Division at Genuine Parts Company, overseeing operations in 10 states and Northern Mexico. Thomas later served as President/General Manager in Arizona and managed a $60 million territory comprising company-owned stores, independent stores, and a distribution center. In 2024, they were appointed as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Store Operations, North America, where they lead a team responsible for 20,000 employees across 1400 company-owned and 4600 independently owned NAPA stores.
